It is well known that hypnotherapy is an effective way to quit smoking and this can be achieved within just one session. With Hypnotherapy we will work together not just on you stopping smoking, we will also work together so that you can see yourself in your future as this non-smoker. This is important as this is what you really want to achieve and it’s your future.

With the combination of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP techniques this is very much possible and all within just one 90 minute session – this does include a ‘booster’ session between usually set between 1-4 weeks after if you desire it but most people do not need it. Now I do have a high success rate with this and all I ask is that you want to stop smoking for yourself (mostly and primarily) and that on the day you come; is the day that you’ll stop. And you will. The Quit Smoking Timeline – and the amount of time since your last cigarette and the positive effects on your body:

20 minutes – Your blood pressure and heart rate will return to normal.

12 hours   – Carbon monoxide levels will drop back to normal.

24 hours – Your body will start to clear out the mucus built up in your lungs.

72 hours – Breathing will become easier and your energy levels will increase.
