Hypnotherapy can help with PE and the issues around this; and then gaining control of your body, sexual and mind sensations – And you can start performing how you’d wish to
Sexual difficulties may begin early in a person’s life, or they may develop latter on. A problem may develop gradually over time, or may occur suddenly. The causes of sexual difficulties can be physical, psychological, or both.
With PE there is likely to be a single, root cause stored away in the subconscious mind. You may be aware of it or somethings you can’t think of, consciously at least. It’s often something small, easily forgotten or something easily overlooked. However once you find it, it can be hard to believe that something so small could have caused so much trouble.
Emotional factors affecting sex include both interpersonal problems (such as marital or relationship problems, or lack of trust and open communication between partners) and psychological problems within the individual (sexual fears or guilt, depression or past sexual trauma).
Some things I can Help With Include:
- Premature ejaculation – whether that be during masturbation or sex
- Sexual anxiety – you may worry that you’re not satisfying your partner
- Libido – your libido may have decreased or disappeared
- Relationships – perhaps your relationship is suffering or you avoid sexual encounters
- Sexual confidence – you might worry about how long you will last or that you’re sexually inexperienced
- Sex addiction – some sufferers have an underlying and unwanted sex addiction which can be addressed
- Penis hypersensitivity – you can reduce oversensitivity; thought to be a cause of PE
- Anxious feelings – self-consciousness over your sexual performance
Premature Ejaculation and Medical Reasons
The first thing to do if you are suffering from impotence is to speak to a medically trained professional and have physical causes ruled out. If the cause appears to be stress or anxiety related then a course of hypnotherapy could be very helpful.
Physical factors that can contribute include: Drugs (alcohol, nicotine, narcotics, stimulants, antihypertensives, antihistamines), Injuries to the back, enlarged prostate gland, problems with blood supply, nerve damage, disease, endocine disorders (thyroid, pituitary, adrenal gland), hormonal deficiencies and failure of various organ systems (heart, lungs).
Hypnotherapy and sexual issues
Hypnosis can be a very useful in the treatment of sexual problems including premature ejaculation and impotence. It is important that any physical factors are ruled out before treatment of using hypnotherapy is sought. With sexual issues as with many others it is common for anxiety, stress, guilt, an inability to relax, nerves and confidence to be the root cause. Both hypnotherapy and NLP are excellent at helping overcome such issues and together we can work towards your solution state.

Premature ejaculation occurs when a man has an orgasm and ejaculates earlier during intercourse than he or his partner would like. It’s a common problem, affecting 30% to 40% of men. Causes include physical problems, chemical imbalances and emotional/psychological factors. Treatments include learning techniques to delay ejaculation, counseling and medications.
How common is premature ejaculation?
Between 30% and 40% of men experience premature ejaculation at some point in their life. According to the American Urological Association, premature ejaculation is the most common type of sexual dysfunction in men. About one in five men between the ages of 18 and 59 report incidences of premature ejaculation.
What time frame medically defines a man’s ejaculation as premature?
Although the definition of premature ejaculation varies, the American Urological Association defines ejaculation as “premature” if it occurs sooner than desired, either before or shortly after penetration, causing distress to either one or both partners. The American Psychiatric Association defines three levels of severity (mild, moderate, severe), based on time to ejaculation, with mild being under one minute. If pressed for a time frame, many doctors would define prematurity as ejaculation within a minute of beginning intercourse. Despite professional opinions, your feelings as to what is premature are also considered.
